The grand conference for celebrating the establishment of second business unit was held by the headquater of Trade Star Group in Beijing on May 25, 2013. Second business unit is responsible for sales through new distribution channels including OTC, third terminal market and local hospitals. Furthermore, it also is responsible for chain and special businesses as well as develop new business channels. Therefore, the establishment of second business unit was a prominent mark of extension to OTC.
During the meeting, Mr. Deng, the Sales Deputy General Manager, firstly introduced the development history of Trade Star Group so that a better understanding could be promoted among distributors from provinces. And then, Mr. Liu, the general manager of second business unit, took charge of the meeting. Finally, the marketing model and relative strategies of second business unit were drafted and passed successfully by distributors and employees. They also studied financial management about the new department. Moreover, the company had invited a professional trainer from Tian Yao Group for product promotion training. After two days, the guiding ideology of second business unit was formed, in which“attach importance to professional team building, attract VIP clients, apply standardized operations, realize sustainable development” came up with by participants.
At last, Mr. Li Chao made a speech as meeting concluding remarks that boosted confidence of all employees.
