Grand Opening of 2016 Semi-annual Marketing Meeting of Trade Star Pharmaceutical Holding Group
July 8th to July 11th, 2016, 2016 Semi-annual Marketing System Working Meeting of Trade Star Pharmaceutical Holding Group was grandly held. The theme was pragmatic, persistent, innovative and flexible. Staff from the marketing system all over the country and conference supporting staff from the headquarter all gathered in a tranquil villa in Bengbu, Anhui.
The main tasks of the meeting were summary of the first half of 2016 and work arrangement of the second half of 2016. Four departments reported their work: Division of Hospital Terminal, Division of Oral Preparation, Division of New Terminal and Division of Beijing Business. Each business department and each sales region analyzed their achievement of sales indicators and marketing tasks of the first half of 2016. Through this process, the sales team would re-inspect their own working progress and differences, learn from each other’s experiences and shining points, explore problems and set up measures to conquer them. Therefore, they are able to avoid weaknesses in the second half year, so as to better complete the marketing task for the whole year.

The last part of the meeting was award ceremony, and individuals and teams with excellent performances in the first half of 2016 were awarded. A total of three prizes were set: excellent individual award, excellent team award and prominent contribution award. The award presentation part led this meeting to a climax.

The 3-day marketing working meeting was approaching the end. Chairman Dr. Li Chao made a summary of the meeting, indicating the current operating situation of Trade Star, describing the future plan and expressing gratitude and expectation to all the staff. We need to be pragmatic and persistent in expanding the market, and be innovative and flexible in building the team.

There is another reason why Bengbu, Anhui was selected as the site for this meeting. All sales staff from Trade Star were invited to visit Hofo Electrical Company and Aofo Medical Company, and visited the R&D center, manufacturing site, technical center and overall working environment of Hofo and Aofo on 9th, July.

At the end of meeting, our company organized all the staff for group activity and quality development. This also fully reflected the humanized care of Trade Star, which was a good way to strengthen the communication between sales persons from all over China, enhance team coherence, broaden horizon and make staff’s life and work positive and fulfilling.
2016 semi-annual marketing meeting came to an end. All the sales representatives would step up on their own journey again with full courage and enthusiasm, and strive for the annual sale target.
